1. Delivery Coverage and Timelines
We deliver across mainland UK, including the Scottish Borders and Northern Ireland. Please note that deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scotland apply only to products up to 15 kg. For heavier items, an additional courier charge will apply (approximately £20 for item up to 20 kg). We will contact you before dispatch to confirm any extra cost.
Standard delivery takes approximately 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location, parcel size, and selected delivery method.
We use FedEx and Evri for standard courier deliveries. The courier is selected automatically based on the region and order specifications.
2. Parcel Size & Weight Limitations
We only ship non-bulky items weighing up to 30 kg via standard courier (FedEx or Evri). Examples include tools, small accessories, or boxed products.
3. Delivery of Oversized or Heavy Items
Oversized items (e.g. plasterboards, metal profiles, large panels, and other long or heavy products) are not eligible for standard courier delivery. For such items, we offer the following options:

Direct delivery by our own vehicle.
Cost is based on distance and calculated individually. - Pallet Delivery via National Pallet Network
Recommended for bulk, long, or heavy goods.
Pricing depends on pallet dimensions, postcode, and carrier’s current rates.
Please contact us for a delivery quote if your order includes oversized products.
4. Delivery Methods Available
When placing your order, you can choose from:
- In-store Collection
- Courier Delivery (Evri/FedEx – small items only)
- Pallet Delivery
- PSB Mrówka Van Delivery
Available options and prices are displayed at checkout after selecting “Choose a delivery method.”
5. General Delivery Terms
- Deliveries are made to the front door unless otherwise stated.
- Some items may be delivered kerbside or to a ground floor room, depending on access and safety.
- A risk assessment is carried out upon delivery. If safe, drivers may assist with item placement.
- A person aged 18 or over must be present to accept the delivery.
- If no one is present, a card will be left with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.
6. Important Customer Responsibilities
- Ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate.
- If you request goods to be left in a safe place, we are not liable for loss or theft.
- Drivers are not responsible for unloading pallets or heavy items.
- We strongly recommend not booking tradespeople or installers until your order has been delivered and inspected.
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, only the product value will be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
7. Missed Deliveries and Returns
- If a delivery attempt fails, you may be asked to collect your parcel from a local store or depot.
- If a delivery is refused or returned undelivered, we reserve the right to charge for both delivery and return shipping.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by extreme weather, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
8. Multiple Items in One Order
- Orders containing multiple items may be delivered separately.
- Orders are grouped based on the item with the longest estimated delivery time.
- Additional fees may apply for large, bulky, or split deliveries.
9. Customer Support
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
Enquiries or cancellations made after 4:00 PM will be handled the next working day.
